SK leads provinces in deaths over last 14 days with 5.8/100,000

Saskatchewan is experiencing more deaths from COVID per 100,000 people than any other province. Only the Northwest Territories has more cases and deaths per 100,000 than Saskatchewan. The data is from the Government of Canada and represents information as of October 27.


As of October 27, Saskatchewan's 14 day trailing average of deaths is 5.8/100,000. Alberta by comparison has 3.9/100,000 and is the second highest province. The rate for all of Canada is 1.4/100,000.
