City Temporarily Suspends Bylaw Court

In response to the increased incidence of COVID-19 in Saskatchewan and guidance from the Chief Medical Health Officer (CMHO), the Provincial Court is suspending most trials, preliminary inquiries, and in-person hearings effective Monday, December 14 until Friday, January 15, 2021.

All City Bylaw matters set for Court will be temporarily suspended effective Monday, December 14th. Defendants do not need to do anything at this time, and no convictions of defendants will occur during the Bylaw Court closure.

The City will be reviewing these matters and share more information on details around rescheduled dates for matters currently set.
